How many people are living there and what's your fee per wash and dry? 

There is no return on a pretty garage so long as it is clean, dry and the doors work!

Cover the paste with saran wrap so it doesn't dry out, and check after 2 days.

The woman who signed the lease checked out fine in the ZRM screening process, but ultimately the folks who were paying the rent and possibly living there were different than her, and sounds like she had a fight with them, leading to a situation where she left them high and dry without an active lease. 

At the bare minimum, if roofs leak, leaky faucets, water damage and dry rot on floors, filthy carpets, worn out paint, etc. do what is expected as a property owner maintaining your investment.

It's in decent shape but could really use a new kitchen layout, new dry wall in numerous rooms and potentially new siding and painting throughout.

The material was dry and taught by robots.We need to better introduce knowledge and practicality in the classroom and at home.
