The fact is, there are far more people who want to be real estate investors than there are good investing opportunities to feed them all in this business.

Ive been reading through some of the threads on this site and because of the good information that Ive read so far its making me hold off from buying the 2000.00 package.Can I get someones feed back on, if paying for these classes would be worth it...?

However, the HOA is motivated and feeding me deals because I am willing to go in and rehab the vacant, abandoned & neglected properties once they foreclose or have them deeded over to them.

Yes, they can put out ads and signs too, but at some point, it gets difficult to balance it all and do everything so if they can have a good wholesaler finding deals for them and feeding them deals, they are happy to work with you!
