Depending on the condition of the property you locate and the speed you need to close you may use hard/private money to  tie up the deal however when you have 20-30+ days to close then you might elect to use conventional or DSCR (assuming the property is physically safe/sound to be financed as such).Where is your scenario at the moment and what have you tried so far?

While using the insta 360 app we can change the aperture, shutter speed, and HDR manually, but when taking 360 pictures with the matterport app we cannot change any of these settings leaving us to just trust the matterport program's automatic settings.Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?

@Greg Howes, I agree with you, prefab has many benefits.I am not sure if appraisers are up to speed with that and they will appraise it a little higher because of its benefit, or the opposite is gonna happen and some of them may treat it as something in between a traditional home and a manufactured home?
