Here, investors buy these, and since our Foreclosures are judicial, plan on jacking the mortgagee around for a few years when they start Foreclosures, as they make their money collecting rent on these while they delay any bank foreclosures.

If this is inventory, I shouldn't have to pay state sales taxes for the supplies -- but I don't charge my end-buyers sales taxes, so I will never collect nor owe sales taxes.
