Inside the listing agreement, you can identify how long after they are fired or after the listing expires that they can include such lists.I have lusted my own properties via flat rate listing services, hired full service agents, and have listed through my wife (a licensed agent).

There is NO law in Georgia that a landlord must paint a rental unit every number of years.No to the painting and No to the pressure washing (which, if not done correctly can do a ton of damage to whatever siding you have on your house).Tenants can wait until their lease expires, buy their own place and paint and pressure wash to their hearts desire then.Gail
