@Mark Hoover, if you get that many, use a check reader for scanning and uploading.

I get that at that knowledge level a person will be really off the mark, but holly cow your not even in the same city as the ballpark at $500.00 My last site I developed was about $10k first year, maybe a little more.

I didn't end up going through with the purchase due to other reasons, but I got as far as a GFE on the cheaper one (it was below market, and it was marked as a portfolio loan).
