In my opinion most business owners don't put enough weight in the way their companies are represented through design.

From that I learned that at first contact give them your info but also try to get their name, e-mail, and cell phone number.

A hacker will break into a real estate professional’s e-mail account to obtain information about upcoming transactions.

A key is getting with a brokerage that understands you just want to invest and not make being an agent your career.They might not want "dead weight" at their company or spend time training when you don't produce a return back for them.

When my rental income is filed on form 1040, it's attached with Schedule E:  Supplemental Income and Loss. 

"A, C, D, and F I will have a licensed electrician/plumber/whatever repair, and B, E, G, and H will be addressed by my crew".

The broker gave me a utility estimate of $5,000 per month (E-$2,000/mo, W=$2,000/mo, G=$1,800/mo) but I don't know how realistic that is.  

Or go to E-BAY  and buy the real estate books and/or courses real cheap.............Or go to the local library and check out their books..........
