Once you remove it, wash walls & sand them after drying.

Mold, rotted studs, old roof, bad hvac, dirty and disgusting.

Generally, there is a large taper through the fall and close to complete dry up through the coldest months, especially from Dec-Feb. 

Furthermore, you must have enough dry powder for unplanned for events.

Some of them were projects where we decided 'ok, we should do this instead', or 'we should add potlights to the kitchen', or instead of repairing the front deck completely replacing it because all of the wood was rotted. 

How do they keep the lights on, if say, new subscriptions dry up in a downturn?
