Not that the owner of or vendor for some aviation product  does not post they do.. but its always something to do with aviation safety.. and not what you get on BP with some of the folks on this site that simply post the exact same things every time on the threads that involve their business and their desire to make money form BP posters to sell their products or services..

I recognize that they are higher risk/less desirable than the certificates acquired at auction but I believe I took steps to mitigate the risks somewhat.

@Carrie Pledger,In my viewpoint, this is not my rental property, it is the tenant's home.I would recommend learning the desires and trends of your target market.

There are no rules as to what level A property will price out and it's all going to be reliant on the motivations and desires of the seller.

You CAN have the best of both worlds- a tenant that helps cover the mortgage and a desirable neighborhood.    

It has come to my attention that, twice now, you have broken this condition of your tenancy by having a dog on the premise.It is our desire that you and all other tenants enjoy living in your rental unit.

We made $28k on a duplex in a less than desirable area that we owned for two years.

Sometimes leaving fixtures is way less desirable.

Frequently we can horse shoe an action we desire but later run into a consequence for which there is no escape.
