Hi everyone - I'm looking for recommendations for a company or individual that can help build a website to which sellers and buyers would be directed. Any help would be much appreciated.

Do not over complicate it until you are really looking at making an offer, at that point you may want to speak to a realtor, check MLS in your are to see if they have a comps feature or property assessors website to few recent sales.

Maybe a feature where I put the lead into a certain group/type and it automatically sends me reminders at certain intervals (3 days, then 5 days, etc) when I should follow up with emails/calls.  

I have a degree in Interior Design, so flipping intrigues me.

In contrast, those featured in the podcasts, we have NOTHING to sell but just share our experience - what works, what does not work and heck, I even shared my most embarrassing mistakes!

@Bill Coleman you could compare the features in other rental/retail sale homes on the same street or neighborhood to get an idea of the competition...

For the ones lacking that imagination of creative thinking tempered by the rules, regulations and laws a coach can be a good thing pointing out how strategies might be designed.
