It is not necessarily that the bank will automatic deny the loan, but does increase the possibly, so why risk it.Big regional and national banks are more fixed in their ways and therefore less flexible to the needs of some of their customers.

I was told that there is no termite activities therefore, they dont do any treatment. so there was no treatment done since I lived there.Now, my agent is telling me I have to get termite treatment because they found old termite damage even though there isn't active termite and other wise, loan will be denied.
