I use Favor cleaner by Johnson & Johnson for the floor in the apartment I am renting, cant tell if its vinyl or laminate but they have it in the bathroom and kitchen and I know its definately not wood and I dont think its floating either but the cleaner does a good job.

@Quentin Brown I think you need to define if you're flipping or renting, as they're two different business and taxed differently.
