I think most would agree considering his character and history that It’s one of those things in life that is a hiccup to overlook for a month while things get in order .. however what happens if it goes on for three more months and you don’t get paid but his car payments do ?

If my guess is correct in who you are working with, it would be out of character for them not to respond and not to some reparation.

If you focus on specific markets, and use a defined financially based Market Analysis, then the MLS works well. 

How about defining the separate areas with a hedge instead of a fence?

Huntsville is also a very interesting area, maybe even more upside than Birmingham.I may be biased but most definately see upside in DetroitCertain pockets are starting to appreciate abd the cashflow is excellent
