I would not dedicate my field or education to real estate .your degree choice makes a huge difference in income. it needs to be a solid plan that can withstand an unstable economy and provide You decades of security,not just something linked to a future interest .

I understand the importance of them but I'm too busy juggling too many things to dedicate the time.

Maybe I'm dating myself here but there's power in that, which I imagine only helps dedicated newbie investors here on BP sort of "leapfrog" over many of the mistakes and false starts those of us with experience have faced in the past.
