Which one of these happens is determined by some combination of what the plaintiff wants and what the judge considers to be appropriate.

I bet it would have to be in the Bylaws or Declarations to be able to fine them for failure to either vote or submit a proxy.  

Did either of them declare it to you before or after the fire that the friend was living there?

They have proven thus far they have managed their finances responsibly.Somebody with bankruptcy has done wrong in the past, it has been proven by a judge.

Was there a "Russian judge" that you threw out?

I also have to declare how many days I have spent in USA in the past 3 years. 

Student loans prior to drop out, medical caused by the illness, consumer cause by the job loss, or a mix of two or three of those (if a mix, a percent breakdown would be helpful).Are they just unpaid/delinquent accounts, or was bankruptcy declared?
