Since this would be considered your course of business because it is not a one off, you should also look into things like using 3rd party servicers etc. to maintain compliance.If you want to do it right, then yes use underwriters to review the loans and treat it as if you were Wells Fargo originating a loan to yourself.

@Babu Ramadoss of course every area will be different, but here in California I just had the ceilings painted of an 815 sq.ft. home for $1000, and painted the interior walls myself for less than $500 in materials and supplies.Hope that helps.

They are responding to facebook linkdin and bP PMs where the adds are simply to good to be true so they get sucked into thinking there are actually loans at 5% for hml or that NO down payment is necessary or that NO credit is necessary etc etc.. while it could happen for very experienced repeat borrowers everything but the interest rate that is.
