I listed just yesterday afternoon and have received atleast 20 contacts regarding seeing the property. 

Contact the insurance company for a settlement and use the funds when you wish for property, either primary residence or investment. 

They give tenants permission to contact those individuals directly any time they are unavailable.

Many of the larger property management companies do a market survey where they share info and data on their communities to ensure everyone is consistent with their rents. 

I've recently come across software that will do this type of report I am wanting but I want to be able to use data from quickbooks instead of re-entering all of the information to get the reports.

My family member contacted me concerned about this matter (since I tell everyone that I am a REI and currently working to get my real estate license) however I have yet to encounter this scenario in my studies or in real life.
