So I'm going to use a lot of what I've learned from the world of wholesaling and apply it in my land brokering.

I am open to learning and meeting up with other investors.

For this you may want to learn more about the specifics of deal analysis and that is where I would probably recommend books like The Book on Rental Property Investment by Brandon Turner.For raising capital there may be regulations in the UK that differ from the U.S. so it would probably be best to consult with a real estate attorney.

Lessons learned, how did you find your builder, what has been your strategy you implemented and how did it turn out? 

Flipping homes is incredibly unique each time, and seasoned investors are constantly learning.
