I used to have 2 complete sets of linens and towels at each unit, but because I have all the same sheets and towels and keep them all in 1 location now, I don't have to own 2x the stock levels of all the units.As a pointer, if you have different size beds, use different colors for each size!

Not every room HAS to be the same color.

And Fair Housing NC lists protected classes as "race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, and disability".I think the person you spoke to at the PM company misunderstood the law or miscommunicated it.

I always get cards thru bosslogo.com - they are under $30 for 500 cards, full color two sides, you supply the artwork (PDF from AI). 

I suppose it could be a typical pipe that looks exactly like a column right down to the color but.......Why would a pipe have those two perfectly drilled holes in them? 

I use Sherwin williams super paint , its expensive , but if you are going close to the old color , its done in 1 coat 

I know some Landlords will offer to give little bonuses like painting an accent wall with whatever color the Tenant chooses or something like that.

I was thinking that it could be because it is easier to paint the entire unit(walls + ceiling) the same color.
