I find myself working a lot to keep up and miss out on opportunities with my children and family to be there with them and travel.

If you can find legit buyers that will be consistent I would challenge that goal to 5 to 7 that month. 

Learning is great, but actually going through the process of investing can be challenging.

You can't buy from or sell the property to yourself or any disqualified parties (spouse, parents, children, generally) nor rent to them.  

Keep children away from the hot grill.Dispose of ashes only after coals are completely extinguished.

I work full-time otherwise and have to younger children so have time constraints at this point.  

I am a wife and mother, we have 5 children, one of which is interested in the idea of investing.  

I have this dream, A dream of being free from living paycheck to paycheck, working for other people in the sense of "No matter how many promotions I get, I'm still NEVER going to OWN the company I am working for.I am happily married to the woman of my dreams, and we have 3 beautiful children and a comfortable lifestyle.
