That article was a huge eye opener for me, and I had no idea that it was even possible to get a VA loan for that amount with low money down.

Account ClosedIf you read the Economist article linked into the thread I referenced above you would see that the usual suspects are still at the top of the most expensive places to live (including a couple of cities in the U.S.A.)  

Also, that's not really what this is about, it covers Article 2 at least as much as Article 9.
