Most tenants are fairly good but when you get a bad one in Ontario they can very easily bankrupt any landlord with the full support and assistance of our government.If you have a choice I would advise not investing at all over selecting Ontario.

Who cares if it cashflows or not.

It might be a good deal but be careful.

I know our state is really cracking down on this as is others.. so some state don't care others for sure care.. cant make the its legal in all 50 that's BS 

Rents run about 750-850/mo but tenants in this area do not take care of properties.
