Someone needs to do a PSA on CA investors looking to buy in the Midwest.

I think it may be one of the most overvalued markets nowadays  Folks from CA are coming in and prices have skyrocketed. 

Have read and talked to folks investing outside of State (CA) and all sounds good.

@Scott Davidson,I can't speak for your state's laws but in CA I would never let the tenant keep the keys past the move out inspection.

would think your laws in CA would be the ones to check on.. sounds like this probably does not have a happy ending .. but maybe the lady with the 3 kids can pull it off.
