@Jeffrey Knapp I’ve used sofi a few times I paid both loans off after refinancing properties I’d much rather take the credit it to get that 100k from SoFi each time because after you pay them off they’re willing to give you 100k each time and installment loans boost your credit pretty good.

The hope is to create 30,000 new jobs in the area, and boost economic growth.

The short run Phillips Curve says lower unemployment means higher inflation and in order to curb inflation, the fed raises the prime rate.

Numerous patch works in the roadways that crisscross the nieghborhood and the existence of potholes and fractured areas of road and curb and lack of proper sidelwalks are all big red flags.

We would be happy to get you an estimate to improve curb appeal or weekly/biweekly maintenance.

If we take it out, it never makes it to the curb unless we do it for them.

I just bought David Green's BRRR book along with Millionare Real Estate Investor and a few others to help boost my knowledge, but I am not sure if that is too ambitious for a newbie.

Also, just because you have had a bad experience, I would say that if you can learn from it and turn this one into a positive experience with good cash flow, it would boost your confidence as an investor!  

With that being said don't quote me but this has helped me boost my score north of 140 points.

I've also, fixed a heaving retaining wall by the garage, and will be adding some real curb appeal to the front landscaping this spring.
