You can always do some research on the Emerald Coast for cities like Destin, Seaside and Panama City Beach.

When looking to buy a STR buy a beach, say Panama City or Myrtle Beach, just to use an examples.

So I have been mainly focusing on a beach town market that I have spent the past half year living at and getting a feel for the area and market.
