Hi BP, need a spot of advice for a bathroom reno in a duplex.

Many of these fundamentals jive with frequent BP topics:-Make your money work for you; not the other way around-Diversify income streams and assets-Learn to play the tax game and measure what you keep; not what you makeWhere I think BP tends to stray a bit is on topics like these:-Focus-Patient money-Raise moneyI constantly see threads and hear discussions from people that measure vanity metrics like number of doors held.  

They are both rental ready but my long term plan would be to increase the 1.5 bathroom to 2 full bathroom. 1 of the kitchens would need to be updated and the other is pretty good.

Hello folks and admins, is there (if not can there be) Sticky or section where rehabbers can post their proud before and after pics of the front, kitchen, bathrooms etc...

Redoing a bathroom floor in a rental.

I have used it in bathrooms in my own house and the kitchen and bathrooms in the rental with no issues.

But, at lowest $10/sq ft, I need ~400 sq ft for the whole building, and $4,000 to do 4 tiny bathrooms and kitchens seems really pricey, especially for a rental.

I'm looking at multifamily properties as well as 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos.

In my area the general demand is for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
