Mabel Lung I have some employees in So LA, knowing what they do, sometimes they are rough on using stuff, including your property, 1k/mo might not be enough to offset this potential expense, the good thing about it though is, the neighborhood can he rich of maintenance/trade people and the renters will usually know someone who can fix this and that for cheap.
