Hi Everyone,We know that there are a lot of folks out there with suggestions for improving the mobile app for BiggerPockets, including a sizable audience out there looking for an Android App.Right now, we are focused exclusively on improving the BiggerPockets Mobile App in it's CURRENT form and are not working on an Android/other app in the immediate future.  

More importantly though I think, I have several friends I can lean on who are commercial developers who can help build out a pro forma to filter leads when they come in.Big picture, I'm wondering how you might recommend approaching commercial property owners with direct marketing??

Have any fellow wholesalers used a VA to answer phones and/or follow up with leads, make offers, analyze deals, etc?

I am working on a deal presently and would like to know what you pay for leads? 

Risk = Reward, but sometimes to much Risk leads to constant Failure.

When they use these advanced techniques, they have probably done enough to keep it out of probate and won't likely lead to an opportunity anyway.Mail until the property is sold, until the executor asks you to stop mailing, or until you buy the property.

Any leads for someone reliable would be amazing. 

Interesting (to me) how the keyword 'abandoned' lead me to this thread.RDPD has inspired many people to become real estate investors.

Some of the leading portals are starting to get lazy in their underwriting. 

I mean there are tons of websites and gurus out there that want a newbie to just pay a certain amount of money so they can eventually be lead down the road to untold riches.
