Its going to be very hard for investors to compete and provide the atmosphere that is currently being built on the Marist grounds.  

He provides weekly on-going education in a friendly group atmosphere, currently in Raleigh and in Charlotte as well as on-line meetups. 

Along The Wasatch Front are mountains to the East and Lakes to the West.

My family lives in Clarkston, but I know the Stone Mountain, Lithonia, Conyers, Snellville, Decatur and Atlanta (near Howell Mill) areas pretty well.

The positive atmosphere really helps!

My next job was as an operations manager here in Houston before returning to real estate full time just this month.While I enjoyed flying, and the atmosphere and steady paycheck of construction, as well as the ability to be part of a project and see it grow from a thought or plan to an actual building, I just keep returning to real estate because of the people, freedom, and opportunities.

I'm confident that beautiful weather, mountains and the low-cost of living will continue to draw residents and businesses to the area. 

When I came across Evolve I have high hopes for the level of service I would receive for my STR in the Smokey Mountains, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations.

I would stay out of the mountain towns though because vacation rentals are just too hard to cash flow.
