Vincent, excellent question, I think you have to consider the depth and associate the relative nature of the performance you are seeking to return, to really drill down the answer.

Would the CREIANC be a worthwhile initiative, or membership, for someone like me who actively seeks to serve local investor clients?  

Are you looking to buy & hold in your immediate area or are you seeking outside of your area.

Just seeking information from other professionals if anyone has ever used or considered using bitcoin for investing. 

We have a $48M Marriott in Atlanta that is seeking up to $16M in EB-5. 

The question is, if I have an owner/developer of a property that is seeking funds to complete it, and I find the investor that has the money for JV or loan or whatever they work out, I heard one time that whatever amount they settle on, my owner would pay me, not the investor correct?

So again...research and continue to seek out the advice.
