The first one rented at $1250, which was exactly as advertised, and the second rented at $1300 which was above advertised, and in line with what Alex verbally said was likely.

Nobody suggested you should be working for free.Something else to consider...If I were to advertise that I had the money to buy an apartment building and needed someone to manage it for 50% of the profits, I'd have investors beating down my door.
