If I wanted to apply for a real estate license they have hundreds of forms there.Just like dozens of other sites I checked, not one purchase agreement.All sites I see they want you to buy that.If I get out and about today might try a stationary store, what would be a good bet there??

There are several sites that will give you information on these sales including one of our own members here GD Haslip who runs delinquent tax sales .comYour best bet would be to seek legal advice in the county you are trying to buy in.
