When networking on BP or in person, being clear about your goals will make a big difference.Are you mainly interested in finding rental properties, connecting with other landlords, or exploring specific asset types?

I recently found myself struggling to even find a podcast to listen to, none sounded like anything that would serve me in my current state of mind, (out side of BP On the market, let's be honest that's the only reason i have any idea what's going on at a macro level with the economy at all, so anytime a new episode is out there its a listing immediately).  

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Are you thinking this new cycle of higher rates is at its peak and we are going to head back to the 3%-4% range?

It helps if you pay someone, usually an attorney, to be the manager of your LLC in that state.

I think it depends on the market.. they approached me on a furnished rental I had in Vegas (Summerlin gated community A class)  We got basically double or a little more of the normal rent..
