I'm cautiously optimistic due to Demand Levels remaining within expected ranges. 

What's more, by having investment property, one remains in the real estate market.  

If rents and demand for rentals remain high droppping prices is  good for you if you are a landlord. 

Although I don't plan to remain at this pace, I place to scale much larger in the next year.

That means the remaining amount must be paid by the tenth year.
