I’ve also been saving up a large portion of my checks to go towards a future down payment for hopefully a multi-family property to start my house hacking journey.Just wanted to put myself out there but if there was anything you would tell a future real investor what would it be and I’d appreciate any advice given, Thanks. 

This year I'm looking to pick up a multi family property, rehab my first house, and pick up at least one more airbnb (either purchase or as a long term rental arbitrage).

They offer wealth management but they also offer joint venture deals where they look for partners to purchase Multi-Million dollar REI portfolios. 

Single families, multi-families, condos, townhomes, etc.What price point have I been looking in for the type of homes that I want to live in?

For buying a property, the best way is getting a multi-family (4 or less) but like it was mentioned previously you're not likely to find a multi-family with enough vacant units.

Generally is going to be OK the only issue is that it can be challenging to confirm the transaction is truly arms-length on an off-market deal and I believe all DSCR Lenders do require Arms-Length transactions. 

She ate up a lot of my time and neighbors were concerned for their safety.

The issue is that we can't find window guards that would work/fit these windows.  

Q2) Would there be an issue with this?
