I have a motivated seller/realtor that is about ready to go into short sale, is there a way I can find out what the seller owes?

There are two basic kinds of books; motivation/big picture, and real estate "how to" books.

They present that to the judge and the judge still only awards the damages he or she sees fit and reasonable for the case and circumstances.Having said that having some clauses in there might weed out potential tenants from renting to you with known ulterior motives they are not disclosing.

Now, I've re-visited the plan again and i'm more motivated to get started and go through with it.

You will see her motivation and you need to find that, why is she selling what the problems are in selling and solve the problem.

As for the deposit, it depends on how motivated the seller is, how many others are making offers, etc.

I like to call it "Motivated Agents" (there's motivated sellers and buyers, so why not :O) ).

I'm very motivated, both b/c I enjoy it, and b/c I have young kids so I want them to grow up in a good area.

Im very new but I would scale his motivation from a scale of 1-10, I would say 5.
