So a ways off from posting my mid-term rental online. 

I plan to stop being an athlete in 2-3 years and turn into a full time investor/developer , Im ready to learn and put the effort in it. 

One of my main challenges early on was learning to have no expectations and learning to help set and manage expectations with clients.
