I just want to pick your minds for a bit, and would like t to know what are some issues or problems are you having with current wholesalers and what can we do to resolve these issues to better serve you ?

To name a few that we've seen...10% down P&L, Bank satement & 1099 loans up to $3,000,000 : these are products that require no tax returns to qualify, these can potentially provide much more leverage to  self employed buyers3.5% down jumbo loans up to $1,500,000 with NO PMI.

Our single biggest challange at this moment is capital and evertything taskes so L O N G these days, the city, trusses, windows, etc.

@Jerry L., as Luis said, short answer is yes.Each individual has up to 10 conventional loans they can take in their own name.When we got started, we made the mistake to take the first couple rental property loans in both my wife's and my name.

A properly served notice is what is required 100% of the time for the courts.
