What softwares/tools do you use and what has your past experience taught you that im glossing over?

If you get hungry and you see McDonald's and Bonefish Grill, it will be pretty obvious which one will (probably) have a nicer meal and dining experience.

A lot of those people will overpay, not create an experience for the STR, and overshoot their profit margins by 3x.
