Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

It kinda feels like trying to drive a stick shift in England. 

New furnace, some A/C work, new washer, new dryer, new stove, new fridge, cracked main stack that we needed to replace a section of, one busted window to replace in the bathroom. 4 new blinds, 2 new ceiling fans, latch on the shed, some roof patching, new gate installed for the backyard, touch-up painting with colormatched paint throughout. 

Fixed everything inside but the walls (new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, floors, paints, carpet, staircase, lights, ceiling fans, etc).

Getting close to agreeing on our first multi family (11 units) deal. My partner and I CAN put the 25% down, but we're like to do less to keep capital available for our next place. We both have a few contacts in lendin...

(New England fund)  I suspect that and others like it will be a write off. 

They can run your credit, see where you currently are, and give you advice on how to clean things up.I'm not a fan of a credit repair service.
