For the STR penthouse, the roof deck, cowboy pool, balconies, and cross ventilation should be enough to set it apart.On the construction side - the only really expensive item - is that folding door on every container. about 12k apiece.Please, share where you feel is the weak point?

The main reasons for this unfortunate reality is that the contractors are picking up jobs in more lucrative markets (remodeling for cash heavy newcomers moving to Austin and Dallas).

Dallas: I’m treating Frisco as the main employment hub that I want to target and be around.
