Zillow and their subsidiaries are trash...mashvisor too...none of these big data firms can explain how they actually arrive at their figures...at least Core Logic has been in the game since the beginning of time and RPR is the direct path to the real estate market as it exists for listed properties, anyway...

Basically allowing small investors to get into the game using a 30 year term loan at todays interest rates rather than hard money lenders at high rates.

Professional tenants know how to play the game.

They should be able to give rough terms (5-7 rate lock, balloon payment, amortization, LTV, etc).Lastly, mfam is a whole different ball game.
