The beauty of compounding returns.  

This all compounds my already $500 dollar loss.What I think I'm going to do is bill him for the utilities, and keep the original utility receipts. 

.- Patience and Commitment - All of the things above are exponential, and all of the areas of my business and life seem to be compounding.
