What is the best way to evaluate the actual credit data (not just a score), and avoid discrimination or the appearance of discrimation?

I'm looking at wholesaler contracts and they appear to be dishonest, possibly even illegal.

All emails sent from Podio or Globimail would come from the same exact email address - So to the recipient, it would appear that you only have 1 email.2.

"The area is very quiet and rural". 2. "20 units, 100% rented".I would have thought these two statements don't normally appear together.My next question: what does $50k get you nearby, if you were looking for a single small home instead?
