I'd (personally) steer clear of screening criteria related to "illegal aliens" since it's not that big of a leap for someone to claim you are discriminating against them based on their race, color, or national origin, which are protected classes.

@James Wilcox I will be in the Indiana National Guard so I would assume I would qualify for a VA loan.

May be other lenders that do it but your going to have to look hard.The job part you can get around, you would have to do a dscr loan and the rates are much higher being a foreign national and DSCR loan

It can be difficult for you to stand out.Whoever you use, be sure that the list is run through the National Change of Address (NCOA).

Then there's Acadia National Park - not to mention the general scenic nature of the coastline.
