I’m talking about time away from friends or family, the pressure of balancing a full-time job, stress of being a single parent, or forgoing dream vacations or shiny sports cars.

You can stress that that is one benefit to working with you is you have the many connections that others may not.

I️ cannot stress to you enough that this business is about building friendships and not about only closing transactions.I️ closed on Tuesday with an apartment building for $310,000.

Also this is my incident of this so I’m kind of stress.

Not worth the stress IMO.     

Stereo typically, those jobs are very lucrative, but require long hours and limited flexibility,  and again stereo typically that's not what women want in their 30-40's  when they are raising kids and focused on their family,  most prefer less stress  and more flexibility.     

I have family and friends who are investors in CA and a couple of them have experienced the stress that comes from "professional tenants".  

If you don't have roommates you want to move in right away short-term rentals seem to be higher cash flow, and if you're willing to put in the work might be more profitable and less stressful than having a full-time roommate.

But the reality is that contractors are so busy they don't want to deal with small jobs, and more importantly I had no more cash.Only you can decide if you can handle the stress and if you can fight to the end. 

Not bad and well worth all the stress.
