My strategy will be to use the BRRRR method (unique, I know) to invest in SFR and MFR (when available) for positive cash flow and to use a full-service team (agent, contractor, PM).

This project had some unique challenges but provided a great return and rented for higher than most (if not all) of the 2 bedroom homes in the neighborhood.

For anyone who has used an FHA Loan & The Owner Occupant route to get started with their first property, what were some of the more challenging parts of that process?
