I have been traveling to some of these cities and have been really surprised how livable many of these cities are.

Of course you would want to get some confidence after your first flip to do that.

We own a travel trailer that we rent out as a little side business and have taken it to explore lots of Arizona.

Now you will see some sectors go down then up, like entertainment and travel, but essential business are in business and busier then ever.
