He had 4 months to prepare - OVER 4 months, but his daughter is terminally ill and I think that things just all crashed down on him at once.I like the idea of paying the investor that's buying it.

I am looking at Indianapolis maybe, I ll have to study some more, any suggestions of decent places, or neighborhoods in that price range?
