Tomorrow I will start to write yellow letters to the list of potentials I bought earlier tonight and mail them out by the end of the week.

My experience with rentals is that whats vacant today could be filled tomorrow.

I told her since her husband is in town he can make the rental open house tomorrow like everyone else because we will not rent to someone who hasn't seen the place that we haven't met, and we will only offer a 1.5% discount for prepaid rent.

If you want to expand your horizons there are many North as well, a personal favorite the NEREIA in Chelmsford is tomorrow (Wed 8/6) at 6:30/7:00 networking/meeting.I think you have a sound strategy of going to the New Bedford area if you want passive cash flow.  

Come to the REI meetup tomorrow at Big Daddy's at 11:30 and rub elbows with us there too.  

The voltage seems strong (obviously for burning out things).I called another electrician who will hopefully come out tomorrow.
